Q:  Which Adobe Spark plans have the 2-month trial? 

A: The 2-month trial is offered for the Adobe Spark Individual plan when activated on the web: http://spark.adobe.com/pricingThe 2-month trial is not available when activated on mobile.

 

Q:   Why is the Adobe Spark trial free for 2 months when activated on the web

A:   We have extended our trial from 7 days to two months to help individuals and small businesses weather the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.  Small businesses and individuals are suffering as customers shelter in place and businesses may be facing temporary closures or lower demand, and you need as much support as you can to help keep your businesses afloat.  Adobe wants to support you in maintaining and growing your business during this time of uncertainty and rebuilding and to stay connected with your customers and community.

Q.  What is included in the Adobe Spark 2 month trial? 

A.   You have access to the full set of paid features available in an Individual plan during your trial.  You can view at https://spark.adobe.com/pricing.

 

Q.  I am currently a paid customer of Adobe Spark.  How do I receive 2 months free?   

A. If you currently own the individual plan of Adobe Spark single app that you purchased on the web, you will receive an automatic 2 months of service credit.  If you are paying monthly, you will not be billed for your next 2 renewal cycles (starting at the beginning of your next renewal period).  If you have prepaid for an annual plan, you will be billed for 10 months instead of 12 months at the beginning of your next renewal period.

If you currently own the individual plan of Adobe Spark single app that you purchased on iOS or Android, you will not receive 2 months free.

If you currently own a Creative Cloud plan that includes access to Spark (All Apps, Photography, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, etc), you will not receive 2 months free.

 

Q. I'm an existing paid customer of an Adobe Spark individual plan purchased through the web, and I haven't received my two months free of service credit yet. What should I do?

A. If you are paying monthly, you will not be billed for your next 2 renewal cycles (starting at the beginning of your next renewal period). If you have prepaid for an annual plan, you will be billed for 10 months instead of 12 months at the beginning of your next renewal period.

Q. I am currently in an active Spark trial.  Can I extend my trial to 2 months? 

A. Yes, if you are in an active Spark trial, your trial will automatically be extended for 60 days.   

 

Q.  I signed up for an Adobe Spark trial in the past.  Am I eligible to take the 2-month trial? 

 A. Yes.

  

Q.  What happens at the end of my 2-month trial? 

A. After the 2 month period of the trial ends, your account will upgrade into a paid subscription, and you will be billed using the credit card you shared at signup.  

If you do not want to continue on a paid plan, you can cancel your paid subscription before the end of your 2-month trial.  You will receive an automatic notification of the upcoming trial end 3 days before the end of your trial. You can continue to access Adobe Spark on a free starter plan and have access to login to your Adobe Spark account and access any projects you have created.  However, you will no longer have access to paid features.

 

Q:  How much does Adobe Spark cost after the 2-month trial?

A: Your trial will convert to a paid subscription of either the monthly or annual plan (based on the option you selected on signup).  You can cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged. You may cancel up to 14 days after you’ve been charged for a refund. In the United States, the price of a monthly individual Adobe Spark subscription is $9.99, and an annual plan is $99.99.  Pricing may vary by country.

 

Q: As a new customer, can I get 2 months free of a Spark Teams plan?

A: No.  The 2-month trial applies only to the Individual plan when activated on the web.  

 

Q: Will I lose any of my work by canceling my current subscription plan?

A. No, Spark will keep all your projects and brand assets associated with your email address. Your account will change from a Paid account to a Free Starter Plan account. However, as a free account, you will not be able to open or edit projects that contain premium ingredients like premium fonts, images or templates. Additionally, you will not be able to access your custom brand or access other premium features. Once you re-subscribe to a paid subscription, all your premium and brand assets will become available again.

Q: Can I sign up for the Spark 2 month free offer on iOS or Android?

A. No. The 2-month trial applies only to plans signed up for on spark.adobe.com, adobe.com, or through a phone agent.  Once purchased, paid users will be entitled to all premium features across all Spark apps and platforms, including iOS and Android. Just be sure to log-in with the email address you used to make your purchase.
