First, make sure you are connected to the Internet.
And if that’s the case:
- Make sure you are signed in with the right Adobe ID
- Double check to see if you’re able to sign in on the web at spark.adobe.com
- See if you have all your Google apps, such as ‘Google Play Services,’ or ‘Google Play Store,’ up-to-date.
