I have signed in on Spark Post Android, but I don’t see my posts in the app. What should I do?

First thing first, make sure you’re signed into the same account you were using before. Then, try clean state reset the app.

Here's how to get the app into a clean state:

  1. On your device, go to Settings > Apps > Spark Post > and select Force Stop
  2. Go to Settings > Select Storage > Other Apps > Spark Post
  3. Tap on Clear Data, then Clear Cache
  4. Launch and sign in again
