If you're unable to open a project, please try using a different browser or clearing the cookies on your original browser.
If you have an iPhone/iPad, you can install the relevant Spark app (Post, Page, or Video) and try to open your project from there. If the project opens up fine, duplicate it and try to check the copy on the web version of Spark.
For premium users with a brand set up, we have seen that deleting and remaking your brand often fixes any issues with projects opening.
